Meeting point at Noi Bai airport(HAN):

• Provide us your flight name, flight number and arrival time.
• Please head outside the arrival hall and look out for your drive/representative holding a Hanoi Transfer Service sign with your name on it.

Meeting point at hotel:

• Provide us hotel name & address.
• Kindly arrive at hotel lobby least 5 minutes before scheduled pick-up time.
