Despite its huge grounds, this museum (Map; 361 5982; 3 Ð Nguyen Van Troi; admission free; 7-11am & 1.30-4.30pm) is typically unenlightening for a site venerating Ho Chi Minh.

At the front is a display of the usual US, Soviet and Chinese weaponry. Hidden behind the Party buildings are a replica of Ho Chi Minh’s house in Hanoi and a museum about him. The museum is 250m west of Ð Nui Thanh. The complex is not often visited by tourists, so you may be escorted by one of the staff.
