Bun Cha Ca: This local take on fish noodle soup, combines fried fish patties flavoured whith fish sauce, garlic and pepper. Traditionally served with rice vermicelli noodles in an infused oil, shallots and garlic stock. It truly is an orchestra of flavours. (Note: The bun cha ca of Nha Trang is not the same as the bun cha of Hanoi).

 

Nem Nuong: Regarded as one of Vietnam's staple dishes, this fan fare consists of bbq seasoned pork, and is typically served a la carte with green mango, basil leaves, and fried wonton to be hand rolled using rice paper and dipped in a succulent peanut and hoi sin sauce.
